Comediva Pick: Mr. Wizard's a Dick

How many of these kids grew up to be Dinosaur-denying fundamentalists? Probably all of them.

Before there was Bill Nye the Science Guy, children of the eighties had the pleasure of discovering the world of science with the help, and borderline abusive encouragement, of Mr. Wizard. Sure, he always seemed nice, inviting kids over to his home to play with fire and hot wax, but if you ever looked closely, you'd notice the fire burning within Mr. Wizard and sheer terror amongst his child assistants. We're not saying verbal abuse is funny, BUT watching a compilation of old man Wizard being ruthless to these kids sure is hilarious. Nothing like a little tough love all in the name of science!
